Tonight is the night we’ve all been waiting for. Not only are we going to have our fill of pancakes for dinner, but at 9.15pm Derry Girls will finally making their return to the small screen that we’ve been waiting a year for!
The premiere of the very first episode brought in a staggering 1.6 million viewers, and with it’s new found popularity over the last few months, the number is set to be doubled, or even more, who knows?
The first episode has already promised a good rofl (rolling on the floor laughing), with the Derry Premiere receiving only positive feedback from the lucky ducks who got to go see it weeks before the rest of us.
Tonight, after The Great Celebrity Bake-Off For Stand Up To Cancer, which is also going to be hilarious, Derry Girls will be making it’s season two premiere. Thank you, Jesus!
I feel like we’ve been going on about this second season for years, and for it to be finally here, it feels like a dream. I have become very familiar with everything to do with Derry Girls and have been following the Girls on all social platforms ever since I binge watched the first season all in one night – No regrets!
