Aldi’s Selling Giant Bottles Of Prosecco For The Festive Season

The festive season is almost upon us which means we’re all searching for value for money.

One store that never fails to impress us with their once off offers is Aldi. Last year Aldi introduced a 1.5 litre of prosecco that sold out in a matter of days and now the retailer is bringing back festive cheer with a fizzy bang.

The bottle of bubbly, known amongst connoisseurs as Ca’di Pietra Prosecco Treviso Docg Magnum, is selling for €19.99. On average, a 75cl bottle fills 6 Prosecco flutes so with 1.5 litres you’ll fill 12 flutes. Who doesn’t love an endless top up?

Top tip – Aldi’s Wine Expert Tom Doorley says never serve champagne or prosecco straight from the fridge. The ideal temperature is 8° – 10°C”. The magnum size prosecco is part of a collection of champagnes that will be new to the store this festive season.
